Essay Tips: (Anything with B is either bonus or obvious)
B.Know the question, don't start out on the essay yet, find what the question is asking.
.Don't use docs by Doc (letter here), use the real name.
.4 Paragraph minimum, 3 is too little, 5 may be too much.
.End the essay on the fourth, give your conclusions there, no need for resummarizing.
B.Title the essay, you WILL lose points for not making one.
.Use background information, this is key, it shows that you know the subject.
B.Give a nice little intro that also answers the question (usually opinion-based).
.In addition to the background information, try to end the essay with what happened next in American history.
B.Most importantly, have a clear and specific thesis sentence.
.When sourcing an image, use the name, author, etc. in your sentence; also find a way to find to use a cartoon without using Doc (letter here).
B.Make sure you give your point first.
.In a speech, use the person "said", in a book its "wrote".
